The Internet Bookstore functioning at the web address http://www.auschwitzbooks.com is operated by:

  1. The Internet Bookstore carries out sales of goods through the Internet. To use the Bookstore, the Client will need access to the Internet, the use of a web browser, and an email address.

  2. Client orders are accepted through the web site http://www.auschwitzbooks.com, on which information can be found on the goods sold by the Internet Bookstore.

  3. In the order the Client indicates:
    - the goods ordered
    - the address to which the goods are to be delivered
    - the method of payment.

  4. Immediately following the submission of the order the Client receives a message confirming the submission of the order at the email address provided.

  5. The Client is informed of the cost of the item ordered and the cost of delivery of the item.

  6. The Internet Bookstore does not assume responsibility for failure to deliver goods, or delays in the delivery of goods ordered or the execution of the order occurring as a result from an erroneous or inaccurate address provided by the client.

  7. Goods ordered are sent within 2 working days to the address indicated in the order by way of the Polish Post Office. The date of delivery of the goods is dependent on the Polish Post Office and the postal service of the country to which the package is delivered.

  8. The client has the right to track the state of the order at the web site http://www.auschwitzbooks.com after providing the number of the order and the email address given with the submission of the order.

  9. All prices of goods on the Internet Bookstore site are given in Polish złotys PLN (as well as in process for orientation purposes EUR and USD calculated at the current exchange rate) and include VAT. The prices given with the goods do not include delivery costs.

  10. The cost of delivery is defined in a separate item in the order and depends on the value of the order and the country to which the package is delivered.

  11. The Client has the right to request a refund from the Internet Bookstore in the case of a factory defect in the goods, mechanical damage occurring during shipping, or discrepancy between the goods delivered and the order placed.

  12. The refund claim takes place by electronic mail to the address office@auschwitzbooks.com with a description of the damage.

  13. If the claim is approved, the damaged goods are replaced with goods of equal value and are sent within 14 working days of the date of receipt of the refund claim.

  14. The Client may resign from the agreement without cause, submitting the appropriate notice to the email address office@auschwitzbooks.com within ten days of the date of receipt of the delivery. The goods returned may not have been removed from the packaging. The goods must be sent to the postal address of the Bookstore at the Client's expense. The bookstore undertakes to return the amount remitted by the Client for the price of the goods (the amount paid for the order less the cost of shipping).

  15. By placing an order with the Internet Bookstore, the Client agrees to the recording of his or her personal details in the Internet Bookstore's database and for their processing for the purpose of carrying out the order. These details will not be made available to other parties.


Credit card and PayPal settlement is carried out through the Centrum Rozliczeniowe Dotpay.
